Sandbeach properties specializes in the rental of commercial professional office space and executive suits. Sandbeach was just in ideation when I met with CJ Galvis about creating a logo and a website for his new project.

Being unable to find a graphic designer at the time I tackled the creation of the logo which was well received by CJ. I then designed a clean one pager that will show current office space listings, a partners area, a blog section and footer with a contact form and additional contact information. The goal was to provide users with the ability to browse available office spaces and then be able to make an appointment for a showing. Although the page design was well received by the CEO, the project was never developed.
